FRIDAY 31ST MARCH 2006

Today was not only the last day but by far the shortest. In fact it was only 30 minutes long! All we did this morning was fill in a questionnaire about how we found the 'Work Experience' course. I did get stuck on one question though - "How could we improve it?". I really didn't know an answer for this question as it was ten times better than I had expected anyway! Something that did shock me when arriving at the guard manager's office where I was based was the fact that one of my school's history teachers was walking out after checking how I had done, as he had already done with a number of other pupils. Apparently I had done well over the past two weeks so nothing to worry about! Of course being such a nice company they gave us some souvenirs! We had already received a watch each on Monday but today we also received a Class 444/450 'Desiro' mug as well as a Class 444 'Desiro' Parker pen!

My thanks to all involved with these 10 days for making it such an enjoyable time!
